Menard's Technology Services provides remote computer support to businesses and home offices across the United States. On-site appointments are available in Lafayette, Broussard, Youngsville, Carencro, Scott, Breaux Bridge, New Iberia, Opelousas, Abbeville, and Crowley. Travel is confirmed before an on-site visit, so you know the cost before anyone drives out.
Remote support is available anywhere in Louisiana, and on-site visits are scheduled by confirmed appointment during published hours: Monday through Friday 6 PM to 9 PM Central and Saturday 9 AM to 12 PM Central. Sunday is unavailable. No emergency or 24/7 service is offered.
