Scheduled support for residential clients, home offices, sole proprietors and eligible small businesses in Lafayette and Acadiana. We help with everyday computers and workstations, email, printers and Wi-Fi by confirmed appointment.
One-time help and monthly plans
Remote help is $89/hour with a 30-minute minimum. Commercial monthly plans are Business Care at $429/month, Business Protect at $779/month and Business Plus at $1,199/month. Residential plans start at $109/month. See plan details and device limits and managed IT options.
Plan enrollment requires device eligibility review, written scope and agreement, and confirmed billing. Submitting a request does not activate a plan or confirm an appointment.

Point-of-sale systems, business-critical servers, regulated-record support, multi-location support and 24/7 coverage are outside this scope. No emergency service or guaranteed response time is included. Ask for a referral when your needs exceed these boundaries.
