Managed plans: health reviews and backup checks
What a health review covers, what a backup check verifies, and what priority requests do and do not guarantee.
A quick explanation of the terms you see in our managed plans.Health review - what it covers
- A scheduled review of your covered device(s), remote or on-site per your plan
- Operating system health: pending updates and free disk space
- Security posture: endpoint protection status and definitions, firewall status
- Performance: startup items and resource usage
- Reviews identify issues and recommend fixes; work beyond routine maintenance gets a quote and your approval first
Backup check - what it verifies
- The plan's backup jobs actually ran and completed without errors
- The backup destination is reachable and has free space
- A spot test-restore of a recent file or folder succeeds
- A backup check confirms data is restorable as of the last successful job; it does not guarantee zero loss of changes made after that point
Priority requests - what they do and do not guarantee
- Priority-tagged requests are triaged ahead of standard requests during working hours
- Priority does not mean 24/7 availability, emergency service, or immediate on-site response
- It applies to triage order and response time, not completion time; complex fixes still need diagnosis, approved scope, and parts or labor
Plans start at Home Basic $109/month for one computer; business plans start at Business Care $429/month for up to 10 workstations. Your written scope documents the exact review and verification schedule.
